Jade is by Robbie out of a bitch called Jody. She was bred by Hubert.

When I went to look at the litter I picked a bitch puppy with lots of spots which reminded me of Robbie.  Hubert said this pup had already been chosen.

So all the bitch puppies were put in a flat bed trailer in the yard and John helped me choose Jade.  Hubert marked her with purple spray so he would know she was mine. 

Six weeks later we went back to collect her. Hubert told us that Jade was going to keep one of her blue eyes.  I must have looked apprehensive because Hubert told me I could change my mind if I wanted to.  I didn’t and I’m pleased with what we’ve achieved together.

We did agility and working trials.  She became senior in agility and gained WDex in working trials before she retired on her 7^th birthday due to a shoulder injury.  Jade and John qualified for all the Barbour Jump and Drive finals.
